I ACCIDENTALLY ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS TO SHIP TO

Please contact us immediately within the first twenty-four hours of discovering your error 

as orders are typically shipped within 5 business days. An order shipped to an address incorrectly entered by a customer is the customer’s responsibility.


HOW SOON WILL I GET MY ORDER?

Our orders typically ship within 5 days of your order being placed. When your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Once the shipment has left, transit time will depend on the postal/courier service. 

 

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number. If you are experiencing any difficulty accessing your tracking information from the tracking number provided to you after your order shipped, please contact us.


HOW CAN I KNOW IF MY FAVOURITE WRAPTURE BOUTIQUE ITEMS WILL GO ON SALE?

Although we cannot release any information before a sale is promoted, you can be the first to know about them by signing up for our newsletter! If an item you purchase goes on sale within 14 days of your purchase date, we will provide you with a Wrapture Boutique gift card with the difference between the sale item and your purchase price. To qualify for the credit, you must email us a copy of your receipt at wraptureboutique@gmail.com along with a picture of the product on sale. 


CAN I MAKE A CHANGE TO MY ORDER?

Yes, if your order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assist you before your item ships. If you are not satisfied with your order once you have received it, please visit our Returns information page.
